Custom Quarter Beef
We are taking custom orders for front quarters of beef, locally sourced from Norpac Beef in Norwich, Ontario. Average hanging weight 180 - 220lb
The checklist below will help us know how you would like your cuts prepared. All items will be packaged into freezer safe butcher wrap and food safe bags. Vac packing services are available at an additional cost.
Pricing & Payment
You will be billed the at cost of the hanging meat (approximately $5.75lb)
Plus labour and processing ($1.50lb)
$100 down payment required to secure order.
Payment may be made by e-transfer or in person with cash or debit.
*Visa credit cards are accepted but subject to a 2% surcharge
After submitting your order we will contact you with available dates and information to collect your deposit.
