How to Order
We will cut your Brisket to the weight of the quantity that you order. Example: If you add 5 quantity to your order, we will prepare a 5lb Brisket for you.

Trimmed and prepared fresh. Cut from AA or higher Canadian Grade Beef. A whole Brisket can weight 16 - 20lb. We can custom cut to any size.
 
The highlight cut for any smoker. Can also be prepared in the slow cooker or oven.
